They have amazing employee benefits like insurance. And the transport facility. Oflate the cafeteria food has imporved tremendously.

Dislikes

Employees' safety has never been their priority, even when mumbai was under red alert, we were asked to leave on time. Unwanted pressure even when there is no work. Upper management seems to enjoy employee benefits more. People are fired for the smallest reason, hence no value for the employee. Upper level management does not have enough knowledge to even solve a query.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
