Working with RCM is best experience ... I have been working heere for years now ... Working with RCM now feels a lot more comfortable and homey vibe .. everything now I have and I am is because of RCM. Now I can't think of working anywhere other than rcm I am now attached to RCM by heart . It's like a family to me .

Working with RCM for years now is good but few things I don't like is about my promotion and salary increment ... As higher authorities working knowns about my capability and my skills but still I am on the same position with a bit of that salary as the same .... The Employees who are giving a lot of time to the company and are mostly at the lower level do not get much help in completing the work of the organization. Employees are given help and promotions by the organization, but it is not given equally to everyone.
