I have no problem with the company. Whatever work we are doing, however we are doing it, the company is happy with it and we are getting good money for it, so there is nothing to dislike.

1. Referral policy is not good. 2. We bring it from reference and do not select it. 3. Lunch time should be of one hour. 4. Salary does not increase on promotion. 5. No one supports for promotion .

No work Pressure and it's a good organization to start career and grow. Very focused on health goals along the life goals. It's a developing company and required Good leaders.

Dislikes

Distance from city is 15 kilometer and Obviously outsider employees are unable to get food by zomato and swiggy. Canteen is need to improve. Travel policies can be better by giving TA to the employees who come by their own vehicles
