Apart from senior management, the rest of team-especially junior management-was incredibly helpful, approachable, and genuinely invested in each other's success.

In RCM there is lack of job security now, which made it difficult to feel confident in long-term planning and career growth. Additionally there is lots of office politics, within senior management, created a challenging work environment, which affected team morale. worst ompany. not at all supportive in covid. They will just throw you out of the compny when u need it the most . giving stupid reasons and put the blame on you. no career growth you have to keep doing the same test again and again make the same documnts . they will fire you without any reason no fcility nothing. the managers ask you to give money for their personal parties.
