I have worked with RBL two times once in 2019-2020 and secondly in 2022-2023 I learnt so many things in that organisation and it will always be remain in my heart lifetime I just left the bank just because of distance from my hometown which is 500 kms and whenever the branch of RBL comes in near to hometown which is Bathinda I would like to work again if I got chance

HR asked me to resign with just 10 days of notice period

Hi I'm a commerce graduate, got into IT via a data science course. I'm on a third party payroll working for a bank as a data quality engineer and my package was 3.8lpa fixed+variable. Recently as the financial year is coming to an end, my HR asked me to resign stating me to be incompetent and that the project was revoked from them. Did my research with the bank who I was working with and found that they are re-structuring and doing everything in house. My hr said no variable bonus will be paid as I've just completed 8 months and I needed to complete 1yr. How should I deal with this situation? Also I'm struggling to find a new job.... Any advise? Or openings?
