A biggest challenge i've faced at Rays power infra is the lack of clear career progression, despite having worked here for over 8 years, i haven't received much feedback or guidance on how to advance within the company and i find it difficult to see a clear path forward.

Salary of new comers are more than the employees who gave their long time to serve the company even old employees have good calibre than the new comers. Which creates dalima in the minds of old employees

No bureaucracy or a strict hierarchy culture. At an early stage itself, Rays offers a huge learning experience to employees. There is a good all round exposure and responsibilities na employee can take if he/ she is ambitious. There is good work life balance and a friendly work culture.
