1. At RattanIndia, their is no balance between work & personal life. Being just one second late can result you losing half a day's leave, even though you have to work full day. 2. They won't let you work from home, even in emergencies. 3. The work environment is terrible, with no consideration of work life balance, and it's not a pleasant place to work. 4. They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (FnF) and despite reaching out multiple times they rarely respond to emails. 5. Their is no chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. Management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything. Summary: Don't make mistake of working at RattanIndia. Yes but, The politics that is going on here right now is the worst. There is no respect for the honest worker here.

Here senior people feel very insecure because of this fear, they hide all the work related things from their juniors and because of this, junior people do not progress. And where does the hod know that these junior people are of no use, all increments and promotions are given to senior people only, we have been kept here only for work.
