The work culture is extremely toxic, making it a terrible place to work. People with no knowledge of analytics and product are leading these teams just because they talk well. Nepotism is everywhere, and promotions are given based on favoritism, not talent. Senior management knows about these issues but does nothing to fix them. If you complain to HR, you will be fired instead of getting help. Silent layoffs are happening, and employees are being pushed out without notice.
