Nothing to like if you are working as a support executive here. Only thing is you can learn new technical things.

The worst company culture I ever worked for , duty timing is 10am-7pm , but they will try their best to give job in last minute so that you cannot leave office even after 9 pm. Full of Nepotism. If you are joining here please be aware of AFREEN TARIQUE , she is the master of politics inside the office . You just can't work here if yo u are not able to put oil into them. Then comes Assistant HOD ( Arun Patra) , so many dialogues they will give before joining and after that they will say completely opposite<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. In JD they will give different salary range and in offer letter it would be different</mark>. Full of Nepotism , politics , there is no growth if you join here. Yes, if you want coffee and biscuit in the morning and evening.....this is the place where you will find it. That is what you can find for free and good in the office.

Well, starting from the first, this company is located inside an apartment, where you need to climb to the fourth floor to sit inside the office. No HR in the company. The salary date is not fixed and keeps the employee waiting even after 7th of the next month. A company run by family p eople and relatives, who basically are the boss and doesn't like to travel, even the job requires to, and can work from home any day they want. Never saw the face of actual boss in the office because he never came to the apartment. You can even meet characters like Aditya Mishra, Arijeet Ghosh, Afreen Tarique and Maheesh Ladha, who are actually working in the office for very long but doesn't even have the basic knowledge of how MNC should work. Now, coming to HOD, yes it's an college, where you need to address your colleague by sir, ma'am, as they have worked in the same office for long. HOD names are Arun Patra and Manoj Debnath, who never comes to the office but checks your work log and makes you do work outside the office time. The training provided was good and the teammates were very cooperative and helpful. The working atmosphere was good.

Dislikes

No Growth. No Increment. No leave or P. F facilities. Salary being deducted for leaves. They sack for no reason and do not pay the salary. The performance is judged by Office Politics.
