I stared my career with site Engineer and with my performance and dedication i was promoted as an Executive Engineer within 3 months. Overall it was nice experience and i learnt how to handle site work and client.The best thing in this company is it promote on the basis of performance without bothering how long you were with the company.Every employ and HR is very supportive.

Sometime there is a delay in salary and HR documentation process is very slow

Always there is something to learn about the real estate industry, they trained like you are there own employee. They trained and gave proper knowledge about the industry be it terminologies used in real estate and technologies used in construction, how deal with clients of different sectors, specially managing clients portfolio etc etc. A good working environment where you can get in contact with the seniors directly and they help you out any time. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
