I stared my career with site Engineer and with my performance and dedication i was promoted as an Executive Engineer within 3 months. Overall it was nice experience and i learnt how to handle site work and client.The best thing in this company is it promote on the basis of performance without bothering how long you were with the company.Every employ and HR is very supportive.

Dislikes

Sometime there is a delay in salary and HR documentation process is very slow

Everyday is a new experience and it was great which make me how to handle manpower and client and invoice approval

Always there is something to learn about the real estate industry, they trained like you are there own employee. They trained and gave proper knowledge about the industry be it terminologies used in real estate and technologies used in construction, how deal with clients of different sectors, specially managing clients portfolio etc etc. A good working environment where you can get in contact with the seniors directly and they help you out any time. There is nothing to dislike about working in RAMP Infratech except doing work on weekends too as they give week off on Tuesday only...

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
