There is nothing to like here, only timings are flexible, no salary deductions for late remarks.

Dislikes

1. Work culture is very worst here, especially HRs are not safe here. 2. All the operational Heads jobs are safe only because they are either old friend or good colleague of GM sir. 3. Work pressure are more, if you Work for GM HR Head gets angry, if you Work for HR Head GM and his colleagues gets angry. 4. Except 2 or 3 Operational Heads everyone have ego issues. 5. The HR Head is very irritable with everything, he irritates so much everyday, if he gives a task in the morning then he has to complete it by night else he doesn't let you go home. 6. There is no worklife balance, your seniors won't let you go home even after 9 hours duty, their expectations are that you go home by 12 in the night. 7. HR does not get festival leaves, in every festival they are forced to forget their holidays and are made to work. 8. VP sir have ego issues and everytime he is eager to takes away someone's job. 9. From smaller to higher staff everyone do politics here. 10. No HR spine softwares to upload details of new joiners, everything is manually you can't learn anything here. 11.
