The worst place in the world to work with. CEO Premanath is a narcissistic smug, mad and idiot, has a huge trust issues, very rigid in mind, does not know to respect others, this company's Attrition rate rate is very High no one can stay here for longer. 5 months probation period will cut your salary in the name of caution deposit you can only get your deposit back after 2 years, no experience letter will be given if you leave before 2 years even you are getting a salary hike that hike will also be deducted in the 1st month as long as you serve. Leave policies are terrible no maternity leaves are provided. Everything here is worsening. The administration staffs are also little puppet to the CEO greet him like a god as they don't have their own wit working like robots. 9 hours for 6 days with no leaves for 5 months and there are only 6 holidays. 8am to 5pm strict timings!
