Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. their hr policies are not good. they are deducting money for those leave also which they are giving from their side. so extra pay or leave adjustmebt if your work on sunday or holidays. their reimbursement are very low Rs. 2.5 for two wheelers and four wgeller Rs. 6. normally four wheeler are not allowed by company. no job security in this company he will terminate your job within 3 months also. at the time of joining he will force you to sign an agreenent that you can ot work in similar company or start your own business within next two years. i would not suggest anybody to join this company....Read More
