I started my carrer as a fresher here,and unfortunately ,my experience was quite and negative.The company has Extremly Poor working conditions,including both day and night shifts.Employees are treated unfairly,often being overloaded with 3-4 projects at a time.when only one project is assigned , the salary is reduced,and when there are no Projects,no salary is provided at all</mark>.There are no holidays,and employess are expected to work everyday,around the clock.Additionally ,the company does not provide any Provident Fund(PF),and salary Payments are made via bank transfers,which other comapnies do not recognize as formal salalry payments. Because of this Company's practices,I lost both my health and carrer growth.They have only support projects,and I strongly advise against anyone here.It was my humble request that others avoid this company.To the best of my knowledge,the comapany has now been closed. The mangement was very poor and money-minded .They Prioritized profits over employee well-being which contributed to the unhealthy work environment, they can do their own enjoyment.
