Overall Radisson Hotel Group is super good. People, teams and their culture is something which one would want to stay and have stability.

Dislikes

Procurement leadership is not good which makes the work culture of Radisson Corporate quite bad. People leave this team very frequently because their head is quite demanding and dominating. No work life balance, no understanding of work timelines.

It's very bad experience for me. No work life balance, Mentally torture, harassment, threating of termination, daily 16 hour shift, no appraisal.

First of all thanks to my F&B team, they support all the time and I learn more there, overall the department employees are nice and helpful , I never forget all the moments

A big reason for i left this hotel is that the accommodations are terrible and I don't get a good night's sleep after working a long shift because of the bed bugs.

Overall working will be good and lot of learning experience will be taken lot of responsibility will be for less experience will be good for future.
