life is peaceful and good place. Salary on time. it's good when your home is near or in the same district because yo look both your job and your home very well. but don't expect the hike and growth when you are not good butter master. it's doesn't matter you performance is excellent or bad but 7% hike is your.

It is Easy to go From Metro to Remote city but it is very difficult to go from Dharamshala to metro city. And competitive brand( in Dharamshala) can't take you, it can cause difficulties in you career growth. And That's enough for a Professional person

My senior sous chef at the Radisson Blu hotel port Elizabeth was mentally abusive he loves power he made me feel worthless and underminded me and put me in a box his the biggest back stabber. And it made me resign with immediate effect

I liked about working at Radisson hotel, There are all good chef, I haven't seen discrimination there because they were working like family members etc.
