I was IT Manager- HOD (Head of Department) and no increments since last two years till the time i was there. Salary was not on time not even on festival months, it is always one month behind. Too much owners involvements in operations who are not from hotel background. People has been asked to leave without thinking anything. There is no single complain against me in my entire duration ( 4 and half years) and I have been asked to leave brutely and on top of that reason was also not shared with me. It is just like a pan shop. People think that it is a huge chain of hotels as they are using the name Radisson but it is simply franchise concept where owners do hire and fire employees like anything. Every employee work in a fear psychoses. Hence it is pathetic to work and I just lost my carrier after joining this hotel.
