My department was worsely managed With lack of equipments, lack of planning, With lots of partiality amongst supervisors. Demoralising the people was very common. No mail ids given to supervisors. DAILY INFORMATION SHEET which should be read in briefing was not given to us to read to the associates nor that we could take out as supervisors not given mail id. Supervisors could not comfortably take briefings as always it is interrupted by a manager who is 90% like a supervisor.Pencils, A4 size paper or any stationary item required in department was not provided easily because it was kept inside EHK office and nobody was supposed to enter. So it was tough. EHK if is not allowing to enter, atleast he should keep few of the things in limited number outside, so that we can take. It was difficult to print reports without papers. We were supposed to place pencils in guest rooms but they did not provide sharpeners to sharp. We had to run and find out. Supplies were not accessible easily as they did not use to keep any supply in office. It has to be taken out directly from store which is obviously locked. Required quantity of supplies should be kept in office for associates to place in guest rooms. Everyday store distribution is waste of time for both store handler and associates. No extra curricular activities happened like staff party or any outings. Even there was no hotel opening party. Talking about the department it is still getting in shape. A manager always used to interfere in daily briefings because of which supervisors could not take briefings properly. A manager always used to interfere in associate allocation which should be made by supervisors. My daily work routine was always interrupted. There was no permanent floor associates in my floors because of which my floors were in bad shape. They did not give me staff but always expected work up to the mark. It was a clear partiality.
