The company is open to start working for manufacuring of meter box and tank body of transformer ,and company adopt new technical aproch to improve the quality and time of production

Work preseure is normal ,sometime workload is high but according to company i am still ready to complete my work,and also ready in future on my workplace

Generally my work is challenging as i have to look out the charge of production unit and also manage the coworker to complete the work on time and deciplane because there are very danger area in heavy and pressure machine

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
