Very amateur Team leaders who act like boss and does heavy Micro management there are no checks or skip level or 1 on 1 meets with HR to discuss it. All internal politics. Looks like some Team leaders have been hired from call centres who are using their skills to turn an IT Company into a Call Center

Dislikes

Senior Leadership needs to keep a check on Manager/ Team leaders behaviour with their teams. HR needs to engage in 1 on 1s and skip level meets to check on employees mental health and well being

Managers take all the credit of their subordinates and no one questions then so it's a good company if you are A** Li*er and manager

Higher management is very good in making you feel how your work is worthless and how you don't make a difference, so there is always something to look forward to how worthless your are as an employee.

It’s a growing company and at global level it supports employees for safety and security. This encourages me a lot to stick with the company for longer tenure. For Covid lockdown, entity has given a day’s off to employees, work from home option and also reimbursements in this difficult time. This is awesome.

Dislikes

The management and team changes sometimes troubles me for clarity purpose. Some favouritism is also there which I observed The accounting team should also be given cheers since I observed that other teams take all the stakes but we are also dealing with numbers that are very imp part of Achievement on the whole. 😊
