Company will provide appointment letters with good salary packages- they will make you happy in writing good Salary packag.

Dislikes

They will not pay the committed salary, they have paid 50 % of the salary what they committed on appointment letter, no EPF - No medical or ESI. Race pharmaceuticals is a scam.

We had good managers but they found less time to turn around undulating sales .the top management team must be stable .the md is ambitious but bot giving time to resuscitate the organisation .they have poor product or brand management .they have to establish brands .lot of internal politics .high turnover. No Appointment Letter will be given to any personnel joining the company. Every person in the company is expected to do the same "meet 12 doctors, promote products, take POB" everyday..... immaterial of a Medical Representative or the Marketing Manager
