I would like nothing to work with this organization because every time their md shout on their employees without any proper reason and md have too much attitude. Also managing director treat all Engineer like they are "Gulaam" of Britishers. Also sometimes managing threat to their employees that I am fired you from this job or I cut your half month salary without any proper reason. Also they didn't provide SOP so this was cause too much problem in field. Also there are no rules for working hours. Also company didn't provide well maintained bike to service engineer so that your 10% salary was gone in bike maintenance. Working environment and culture was totally worst. No standard for work. No SOP was provided by company. Salary rules in this company was totally worst. Worst means even sometimes they cut your salary without any reason. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't care about their employees. Also company timing was too much worst. You need to work for 13-14 hours for this company without any overtime salary or mental support. Trust me guys if you join this organization then you definitely get too much mental pressure. Don't go there. If you don't have any job then seat at home and looking to others opportunities but don't join Raccon service....Read More
