There was nothing positive or noteworthy working for R1, except for some of the other co-workers I had that were all treated the same as I was.
This site wants constructive feedback. Not all constructive feedback is positive. Some companies just do not have the ethics, honesty, and intelligence to run a successful business. And just because a business makes money, does NOT make it a successful one. A typical day at R1 involves working on substandard equipment, with apps and programs that are constantly and consistently down or having severe problems, all while management browbeats you to do your quota. A quota that is unreasonable, biased, and illogical with the broken tools they give you to do your job. Training is a joke, as they have other employees train you, there are NO training documents of any kind, only another employees opinion on how things are done. You don't get any training knowledge of the job, only how to get around working the work that needs to be done a specific way. Management is a joke. They have absolutely NO CLUE what they are doing, how to do it, or how to manage a department of employees! And R1's HR department is extremely anti-employee geared! Stress, anxiety, depression, belittlement, harassment, threats, and verbally being bullied is what I (and my co-workers) had to deal with every day. Some co-workers called in sick a lot because the stress and anxiety literally made them physically sick. One co-worker cried for an entire day at one point. An anti-employee geared HR department, unprofessional "management", toxic work environment, abuse and harassment from "managers", trainers with absolutely NO training skills of any kind, NO training documentation of any kind, unattainable goals, unreasonable expectations, and they expect you to learn 1-2 years of information in less than 3 months! And their pay and benefits are equally as bad. I was in the credit department working on patient accounts. Constantly hounded and pushed to do a quota that was over DOUBLE what it was for all other credit associates!! I did my best, worked my hardest, and nothing was good enough for them

The transport facility, IT department, Housekeeping department is very appreciable also R1 is give a lot support and comfort to their employee in terms of work, managing life balance their leave policy is also very good unlike other employer mentorship pplicy is excellent they maintain that each new joiners get enough support
The IJP process should be tajen care as whenever I give test still not cleared

Both side transport facility is perk with meal service, If worked on National and public holidays I.e. Holi, Diwali, Republic Day etc, then there is triple payout for the respective day.
It all depends upon process to process, the process in which I was working was with live inventory so the work pressure over there was pathetic.!

R1 Not have floor mentor and trainers at Chennai location. So it's difficult to learn new things and give good performance. Management is forced to work at every weekend , reason is manager is not good handling at working weeks.

Worst worst worst 😞 The mentorship system at R1 is one of the worst I’ve seen. Instead of guiding and supporting employees, it feels more like a tool to push people out. Many of my colleagues were forced to resign, and some were even terminated right in front of me. If you try to raise these issues with upper management, nothing changes. They simply ignore the problems, and the toxic cycle continues. There’s no real support, no fair opportunities—just pressure and uncertainty. It's not dislikes, however, each one of us wanted to do a lot for the team members and planned a lot of engagements but due to Hybrid and WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Everything , R1 is now on sinking boat all the senior positions are filled with referrals and favouritism, so anarchy in decisions, policies are being imposed , now work life balance long stretched hrs unrealistic goals setting by senior leaders , PIP warning is very often you will hear from day start, no mental peace. Target base company so don't think about the work life balance.
