I am very happy to be a part of this company, this company has global client base, the company is latest technology. my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

I have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Details

I have to look after the entire south Indian states for sales and marketing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
