Terrible experience, worst company, even the worst management. I had unfortunate experiences of working at this company, and the management is utterly incompetent. Their lack of direction creates toxic work culture where employees feel undervalued and unsupported. Its a breeding ground of stress and frustration. Avoid this company at all cost. They even tried to offer joining bonus to new joinees but fun fact is that a whole batch of seven people left after taking joining bonus . HIGHEST NUMBER OF ATTRITION because of managers. Manager target the agents and take out grudges. Only one manager works DEEPAK SRIVASTAVA and all other managers left or burden their own work on Deepak. Though rebranded from another organization as a startup, it is just like any other typical US outsourcing firm. Primarily focused on US market and mortgage operations

Dislikes

Though it has rebranded itself from another organization its people and policies are still carried forward and hence there is no evolution from its old ways. Very limited to no employee friendly policies eg. 3 months notice period without any option for negotiation will have to serve 90 days else have to pay for full salary, no leave carry forward or with limited or less than 15 days cash out (basic only) irrespective of how much you accumulate, no insurance coverage for parents even as an option, very limited Covid support, irrespective of level you can accumulate only 28K/year in total (both employee and employer contribution) as provident fund, not even equipped with proper workstations at premises</mark>......Read More

It have been a great pleasure to work with Quinte. They have nice work enviroment with best management. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good but appraisal policy seems weak.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is rule of 2 months of resign period.

It has only two pros:- Both side cab facility. A cafeteria(although it is paid)

This company makes anti-employee policies. Only a**lickers can survive there. During lockdown I provided 12 hours IT support(even in night) on all 7 days of week for 2 months as one of our colleague had left the company just before lockdown. I requested HR and manager to pay atleast little bit but they completely refused by stating that if there will be any issue then only you need to provide support otherwise you will sit idle</mark>. Other engineers also worked in the same way.In those After lockdown they had not given even a certificate or a mail for appreciating our extended support. They don't respect their colleagues. As we were working for 7 days instead of 5. We were getting 2 comp offs every week. So after lockdown I had 20 leaves that as per HR I could reimburse. But without informing anyone HR put a notice on notice board that leave policy has been changed due to which our all leaves became invalid, such a dirty game....Read More
