Worst experience working with this company , Never saw such a company , Worst experience with the manager Priya , She is the wore and worst person i have ever seen , does she eat food or our shit , takes all the works and never pay us anything , And HR department also eats Priyas shit , and work ,Even their family also eats shit i think so

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
