There were lots of people who had put sweat and blood for companies growth but there were always a fault from its managements end. People who were doing good are not with them now. They lost lots of money due to many scam happened in the company. They didnot spend any money on product and marketing. It is now just surviving on southindia market, hardly they have people left in North and west. Non of the company is running which they acquired in past, In fact there were some good brand like commonfloor.com, realty redefined, realty compass, indiaproperty.com and there are many more....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
