If you want any Help,they will definitely help you regarding work.,work environment good.

Dislikes

Shift time is rotational but only for girls(morning times) and some specific boys ,others are 2-11 time and if you ask regarding this to your manger they will say 'it is business requirements'. If you want leave then you have to adjust someone then only you will getting leave ,and if you ask regarding this you will getting same answer from manager ' it is business requirements' If you want break then you have to ask some one because other members on break ,and specific time slot which you can take break. Every time in meeting telling TL you will be in pip( termination after warning) if not giving proper performance. Head is improper , while conducting meeting using sentences 'get out' at end of meeting. Also little but harsement while you serving notice period, for e.g ' Dusri jagaha Jake kya karoge or gharpe baithkay kya karoge'. Beg for taking leaves and shift timings and breaks.Repetation of work. Nothing new to learn <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.Salary low</mark>. No cantin /pantry facilities....Read More

Compensation was good apart from this nothing else found good enough. Extra curricular activities are good eg.team outings. Parties etc.

Dislikes

Most of the things were bogus and mismanaged.
