Job Title:

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Analysis:
• Obtain and compile data from various partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct need-based analyses to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Present findings and insights to management clearly and concisely.
2. Communication:
• Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking, with stakeholders including students, educators, and other agencies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather and disseminate information.
3. Record Maintenance:
• Maintain accurate records of the organization, including financial accounts and program documentation.
• Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for reporting and auditing purposes.
4. Innovation and AI Utilization:
• Leverage AI tools to enhance data analysis, reporting, and presentation creation.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and incorporate them into daily tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners to ensure alignment and support for the Cyber Shiksha program.

Qualifications:

• Graduate lady with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in data collection, analysis, and communication.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic Knowledge of social media platforms like FB, Insta and Youtube
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including students, educators, and agencies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use AI tools for data analysis and presentation creation.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive results.
• Candidates with a Computer science background will be preferred (BE/MCA/MCS/BSc Computers)
