Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Account Executive to join our accounting team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in financial operations, managing client accounts, and ensuring accurate reporting. Proficiency in basic accounting principles and advanced Excel skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
• Maintain and reconcile client accounts.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and update financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Data Analysis and Excel Tasks:
• Perform data entry and validation using Excel.
• Use advanced Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, IFERROR, and pivot tables) for data analysis.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
• Team Support:
• Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects.
• Provide support during audits and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
