Saying that every place is 100% perfect will never be correct. But I must say feedback towards things that you think are wrong or might not be available is taken seriously here. Everyday the organisation tries and improves itself in the areas where either they themselves feel or us giving a feedback towards it. Best things about QMS that they never force you to put in the xtra hours. We are well compensated in terms of salary and incentives with growth perspective. And the environment is stress free, what more could we ask from an organisation.

Everyone is halping nature. They provide time to time trainings which is the best quality over here. Seniors managers are so supportive. Management is good.
