It is a nice place for seeing yourself grow. The team under me in my old office wasn't so big. Here, I get more things to do for better learning because of the team's size. Working hours don't feel very long. Quantzig's management has ensured a good environment in the office.

Dislikes

Some decisions are arbitrary. I think that the entire team should be involved in them.

The interview process went quite well. I was not asked to wait for many hours unnecessarily. on the day of joining, I felt very comfortable. The employees welcomed me and also interacted with me to know about my skills and experience. In this office, the workload is not very much. Given my abilities, I can easily manage it.

I will start by saying that there is no boredom in the company because of the plenty of projects available. The colleagues are as helpful as possible. I find my team to be sincere enough and it not only relies on my ideas but also contributes its own.

Dislikes

Managing projects is my job but even I have some limits to my abilities. When I'm given too many of them, managing these projects becomes somewhat tough for me.

I get to work on different kinds of projects. I don't have to stick to any one project type in particular Thus, I don't get bored either. We are allowed to have breaks during work hours. There is no pressure to constantly work. My colleagues keep communicating. It never feels hostile in the workplace. We celebrate on multiple occasions and that way, I get bond nicely with my colleagues.

Dislikes

One or two employees may be unprofessional. But a maximum number of them are professionals.

As more clients come in, begin to feel work pressure. Had more managers been on time, this would not have been the case.

I often hear that there are fewer jobs in the market because of the coronavirus pandemic. And I find this to be true. But companies like Quantzig that provide jobs with stability are doing a great thing. I t hasn't been much time here but I am satisfied with the management, HR bosses, and my colleagues too.

It would be too soon to notice anything bad in the company.
