The salary structure is really good for both freshers and experienced. if you have some extraordinary skills, no one can stop you to reach new heights in your career. The CEO and other higher authorities respect and understand real talent. Good work environment and higher job security. Consistent opportunities to improve your skills. I've just completed the probation period. After my education, this is my first job and I am satisfied as of now. I don't see any work pressure and the training given is helping a lot to understand the work. Most importantly, team leads are always clear with their work directions.

Most of the processes are streamlined. So, you will find things to be pretty smooth. The workload is not very high. I do have many tasks to do but the deadlines are not too strict. Job security is an additional thing to like here.

I kept hearing from so many people around me that during pandemic, jobs won't be available. But I was able to find a very good job at Quantzig. This is a growing organization with numerous projects going on. And then there is no one who tries to frame you into politics. Though I am a new joining here, I am loving the organisation.

The company is employee-friendly as it gives them some of the best benefits. Quantzig's managers are as understanding as possible. I like the management as well. it has never been rigid, especially when a situation is critical. My colleagues are good too. They are friendly but never overstep the bounds.

Dislikes

Permanent or optional work from home is a missing option here. For employee health, the benefit is important.

In my career, I have not seen a company with a work culture like that of Quantzig. The employees behave very nicely with each other. When a situation arises, the management knows how to respond so that the employees don't feel left out. The culture is actually the reason why the employees also get retained in the company.

Dislikes

It will be awesome if the management can take employees' feedback regularly. When I was new, I didn't know how empathetic the managers were and never conveyed my suggestions.
