The company was huge on employee growth, up until the start of 2023. The benefits and focus on employee growth, developing inhouse talent was the way they company grew.

Dislikes

Its a far cry from the days of the old. Now it has resorted to mass fire and hire without any professionalism. You are ensured job security and career growth at intake only to find out that you're part of a stagnating pool of employees because of the lack of projects that the company is able to acquire. Moreover, it is impossible to build any sort of mid- long term goal here. Any promotion/appraisal is heavily blocked by mid tier management who effectively reward politics as opposed to solid performance. I don’t think I like anything about this company. The company is sinking. They keep laying off employees every quater. They have given half of their office space to call center on rent. They don’t have any projects
