Company is very nice . Timing is also flexible. Everything is good.

Manager politics. Some team has manager is doing very bad politics. Special in CSAM TEAM. manager is playing with the team members. He is playing game with the some team members and favouritism team members of him what they are doing doesn't matter for him.

Work life balance is good . Atleast my team was good but overall i have heard its good in all teams. Official Work timming is long 9 to 6 But no micro management and hence freedom of timming. Its product based so these things are okay here . But overall good .

Dislikes

Nothing specific just official timming is long. And no occasional fun activities. Only work home work . No food in office and also paid food is not good and costly.

There is no job security at Qualys . You might get terminated after 5 years with a reason of termination poor performance however you have several appreciation email from the management for your work

Promotion cycle is too long and hike is pathetic for a product based mnc, HRs don't listen to employees but only their Managers, company policies are becoming more stupid now with increasing toxicity in culture, politics is way too much.

No work life balance, management expect to work you day and night and on weekends as well Mostly slogging of hours for production support issues due to unlicensed software and cheaper hardware challenges at much bigger scale. No job security as hiring happens keeping short term in mind, management does not invest in technology, people and learning for long term.
