No work life balance, management expect to work you day and night and on weekends as well Mostly slogging of hours for production support issues due to unlicensed software and cheaper hardware challenges at much bigger scale. No job security as hiring happens keeping short term in mind, management does not invest in technology, people and learning for long term.
