My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. No focus on the development of the employee Pays are much below market standard and HR is famous to cheat with the promises made Many employees have left the company just because HR and their cheap attitude.
