On sales we will collect new datas of retail shops, supermarket and horeca. We will appointed new shops, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants. After getting sales ASM will give datas to sales coordinator. We sales officers getting fool and we will get terminated or will have to resign. Great.

Dislikes

No job security, they are recruited the employees for sales, but to collect new datas and to replace old distribution and super stockist. After that they will tell to resign or will terminate after 4months. The salary of every month will be low as they offered and also PF amount will not submitted in PF Account and last month salary and travel expense will not get.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees.
