Nothing. Company is so pathetic , even seniors are worse then your foe . They don't treat you like your junior they treat you just like you are their slave and behave like they are the owners of the company. they don't care if a person is sick they circulate rumours and make a fun of that person who take sick leaves .

Dislikes

Everything from top to bottom . Training period is pathetic . I was working as an application developer but suddenly after some time , they told me they want neend me ,and I was laid off due to silly reason . One thing I am sure of management are only trying to maintain their monopoly.

The company provides good compensation and benefits. Teammates are very good in nature. Work is good.

Dislikes

Lot of things to dislike. Company culture is quite not good. Just work and work. Training is the worst. Even I like the work I was doing but no thoughts about productivity of myself/work. People will not help you if you stuck in some area of your work. They will come to help you after weeks. Appraisals are very less likely to happen

Generally speaking, my work is very challenging as I have to look to a whole large scenerio where I have the knowledge of small scenarios only. But I stayed calm and done the searches on Internet, got help from colleagues and able to do my work

Very low salary, even security gaurds make more money than freshers that ql2 hires

You have to work on in house tools that are no where used, developers there write queries that somewhat similar to sql but not anything like real sql

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
