Data matching job as quality analyst , Zero skill, no SDLC /STLC , fixed appraisal every year 1500/- bucks only for tester. Most of seniors are blood relative. So you are the only responsible or answerable for every issue. No hierarchy followed, if they need to fire you will be the first.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
