no acknowledgement for the people who work hard only the people who keep soothing others ego's are the people who are given importance even if they do not work. All the hardworking individuals are verbally abused by the senior leadership. Zero support or guidance is provided to the HR team exclusively in this organization. The only thing that the leadership does is that humiliate, verbal abuse, insult for all the work that is being done. If you are related to the top management or their favorite only then your job is safe otherwise you are kicked out without a second thought. The most unfair behavior is towards the HR in the company. No hikes are given since last 3 years to the team. The expectation is HR drives the culture of the organization when the HR is in a toxic pond with constant abuse and no one is there to support or standup for them. Nepotism is there, only known connections are given first priority openly even though they don't perform. There is huge discrimination when it comes to give appraisal, work life balance. Management is good for nothing. All big talks. They do hire in bulk mindlessly and then fire. They literally play with people's career. People in the bottom line are not given hike, but leaders in higher level are getting big hikes and promotions. While the existing structure is effective, incorporating bonuses or additional rewards outside the standard CTC would further motivate teams and acknowledge exceptional efforts. Was not really sure of joining the organisation, but was very much relaxed when came across the recognition which says “ONE OF THE TOP 5 PLACE TO WORK IN INDIA” What I like … Prime location Beautiful campus Advanced infra Friendly staff and managers Flexible timings Hybrid work style Employ benefits to save tax List goes on and on….

If you are working for a good client then everything goes fine.

If your client is bad then there is no work life balance and qentelli won't support you in this regard. They act like they are supporting but in reality they won't help you in anyway, because they are afraid of loosing the contract from the client and have no guts to talk to client about employee/team concerns. Especially there is one Texas based banking project which is a hell, lots of micro management and no support from qentelli as well in this regard....Read More
