It is an five star airline. It was great working with this company. The best takeaway forme is working in a brand name company Qatar Airways a renowned airline and fast growing in the world. Work environment and the culture. They provided the best uniform (i was working in the airport) and taking care of staffs well.

Dislikes

They could have provided more trainings and other proactive sessions so that staff is more equipped with the world airline industry. As far as my job i was enjoying my job. The company provided good infrastructure and equipments as and it was a genuine request. They provided decent salary but could have reviewed atleast every two or three years as per the general environment

management not friendly with employee (managers/Sr manager level) Leaves are not fixing as per company policy, manger will fix own leave policy as per religion/country and friendship. Malayalam people dominations high in my team (i know its all round the GCC country)

I like to work with qatar airways but nowadays I don't like the job opportunity online they showing but they don't want indian people they just take people other nationality I m trying for job again in Qatar because I was on third-party payroll now I m applied so many time they do not reply us I have 10 years of experience still no use nowadays I m done with qatar airways now I will not apply..

Class structure like caste system. 9 hours from office, 6 month probation with no leaves, no promotion, on salary increment, no healthcare for parents even with additional charges.

Very discouraging & congestive vibe on the production floors In General the TLs are abusive & have next to no management skills HR department makes up new random policy every month Company operates on decade old principles Very unhealthy and mentally disturbing work environment

Worst work life balance You are expected to work like machines two persons work alone even they'll call you on weekoffs to work and not compensate it They have overtime policy however will never grant it even if you were forced to work 5-6hrs extra daily Everything literally everything here is on pro rata base be it bonus, annual leave, sick leave or mediclaim they can't even give you sick leave if you are admitted you have to *earn* them Bad smelling washrooms Pretty bad management Cafeteria sucks even their pantry doesn't have room to accomodate everyone and lacks basic amenities like cutleries...Read More

A guy named Jason alphonso(OM) is terrible and very unfair to his employee , he just refusted to accept rpo staff at his first thought and hiring from outside rather than accepting who just gave the interview while working under ! There are more than 99% inc. managers Everybody Hates him a Lot Jason Alphonso should resign because he is not worth it
