Beware of joining a company posing as Qatar Airways. Recently, an IT branch was supposedly opened in Ahmedabad, and people with various qualifications were hired with promises of attractive packages. However , these offers lack clarity, and many, including my self, resigned due to these issues. Here are several red flags to be awareof before joining: 1)No clear breakdown of your package in the appointment letter. 2) promises made during hiring turn out to be misleading. 3)Every Monday, a white lady comes from Qatar, Giving exaggerated promises about the company's future. 4)Projects are outdate, using technology from around 10 years ago. 5) There is no methodology used in projects, making it challenging to work in a professional manner. 6) The HR department lacks an understanding of how IT companies operate and the specific needs of IT employees. 7) No clear process for final settlement after resignation. They claim it will be settled in 45 days, but this never happens on time. 8) Essential documents, like the relieving letter, are not provided after resignations. Travel benefit is something which you cant beat this. It flies to all over world and employees get huge travel benefit. Also its such a big brand in Qatar that employees get discount in almost everywhere. This can be one single biggest reason to join the company if you want to travel round the world. Work life balance is best thing.People hardly use to work for extra hours. Job security used to be good but with blockade in 2017 and corona is 2020, there is hardly anything called job security. But you can blame company for that. Both were external situation If you get a chance, negotiate your salary at time of hiring, There is nothing called salary hike. There is nothing called employee engagement. Even after working so many years in company, you wont know who is your HR. There is nothing for training for employees. "Manager is god". This is only success mantra in this company. Work priority is defined based on grade who is assigning the work. You can succeed here only if your manager thinks you are good.

Worst work life balance You are expected to work like machines two persons work alone even they'll call you on weekoffs to work and not compensate it They have overtime policy however will never grant it even if you were forced to work 5-6hrs extra daily Everything literally everything here is on pro rata base be it bonus, annual leave, sick leave or mediclaim they can't even give you sick leave if you are admitted you have to *earn* them Bad smelling washrooms Pretty bad management Cafeteria sucks even their pantry doesn't have room to accomodate everyone and lacks basic amenities like cutleries...Read More

A guy named Jason alphonso(OM) is terrible and very unfair to his employee , he just refusted to accept rpo staff at his first thought and hiring from outside rather than accepting who just gave the interview while working under ! - office building/environment is worse than Desi BPOs meanwhile their VP claims it to be the world's best office - no dedicated cafeteria, shared canteen is worse than food provided by indian railways - zero employee engagement - terrible work pressure, teams across the floor continuously extending shifts upto 15-16 hrs - their management and head of facility behaves like a puppet - higher management only cares about cost cutting that's why they have migrated from Doha to Ahmedabad...Read More
