It was very supportive, we didn't had any of the paycuts and even received variable pay as usual. So QAD took good care of his employees and we didn't face any financial issue because of this

Cloud is growing so does QAD Cloud ERP. Lot of opportunities to learn. Great culture, most of the people are very helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

Leads are pointing out that there is resource crunch but upper management is pushing leads to leverage the existing resources. And hiring is not being done considering the future growth of the company/customer. Also, management is failing to retain good resources. As a result most of the resources are over occupied.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
