Never thought that we are working for an organization it always be like my own entity. Team mates respect each other irrelevant to their department and designation also inhouse politics are very minimal.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
