Canteen facility is not good in night shift , otherwise all ok

I learn everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same team

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
