It's a German base MNC, and on timely we always followed guidelines which is issued by Government authorities. Specifically in Covid 19 situation we allowed all Employees to work from home. Time to time company take cares of all employees. Here in Q-railing, all employees are secured with there jobs even though post results from Covid 19 effects. There is hardly anything to like about Q-Railing.

Dislikes

It's is one of the worst companies for any civil engineer. They recruit a lot of Civil Engineers as general Civil Engineers have good onsite knowledge but the railing industry is too limited for a Civil Engineer. The office team led by so member of management and some old skill less staff is very lethargic. The effort from the office is very artificial as they lack skills to execute projects properly. They have left a lot of projects incomplete all over India due to this lackluster attitude. The site staff though highly qualified is treated as second grade by office staff which is again very sad as we live in a liberal open world. The major problem is bosses in India are only employees so all they care about is their immediate salary and thus lack any kind of vision which could take the company forward....Read More
