This is my 2nd time in PwC. I can only tell good things about earlier leadership team whom I used to know earlier, they think about people and maintaining brand value. PwC has hired new leadership in a very short span, so the culture is not properly imposed into them. They just like to order people below them not thinking how would it impact....Read More

Work life balance has become terrible. I have worked for 3.9 years earlier, I never faced it was the issue then. But in my 2nd time, I clearly observe that as practice size is getting bigger, PwC is loosing its great work culture.
