As far as my team is concerned, the work culture is pathetic, you don't get appreciation or any feedbacks for improvement, all you get is a warning not to fail. The pay is good but the work life balance is way too bad. I have had my share of health issues due to heavy workload and long working hours. I am even planning to quit my job.

I am pretty sure people who want to join this company will consider Big 4 as a main criteria and this exactly has been the biggest disappointment for me. I felt like i am working in some start up with no proper procedures in place. No body knows what to do with no clear understanding of responsibilities. Client deliverables are a joke. I have seen onshore mangers asking to pass test cases with jugad their only concern is completion of task before time and removing it from their bucket. They treat India resources as labour with no consideration of their time. I have been pulled into late night calls and they don’t even ask if i have any plans or is it late. Anything other than salary. There is lot of groupism and politics. They turn down anything other than those close to managers ask for. Very negative environment and no learning anyway. Late night calls, msgs and micro managing. My manager is toxic but I know few managers good here who are fighting to survive.

There is too much partiality in the teams, the one who is favourite of manager will get appraisal disregards of the performance of that employee. Fake promises to the clients for work which can't be achieved. Put u in any project disregards of your skill set. They will pay u promote u pn tha basis of internal performances mainly in TDR and not on project performance. 1. There is enough potential for growth if you like to work in the offshore segment. 2. The salary is good. 3. Good experience if you want to move out of India in other AC's or Onshore teams. Although there have been less opportunity to move to the onshore team recently.

1. There is no concept of work life balance. There seems to be busy season all around the year specially in EUM and TMT Industry. 2. If your manager has a habbit of micromanagement then it is going to be very difficult to grow in your job. 3. Minimal to no client facing audit experience.

There is a lot of learning opportunity and if you are willing to do the hard yards, you will get recognition from the upper management for your good work.

Too Much unnecessary work pressures and tight deadlines. Also, they expect you to work in multiple projects simultaneously. Mostly the leads are totally work-focussed so your work life balance is not a concern for anyone.

The working hours are flexible in a day Scope for learning & development from the training aspects The culture at the company and the working environment/colleagues are the best

Worst work satisfaction as the work is very manual and not suitable for a person with CA degree Busy season is literally a nightmare and induces anxiety with Seniors putting constant pressure And off-season is literally completely opposite with literally zero utilization (unless cross teamed) If you want to go into the industry again, this experience wouldn't be counted
