What I liked most about the place is the type of people I worked with, the amount of insights they used to bring with them both about the industries and about the operations of consulting domain as a whole. The culture was so authentic that there was no traditional barrier within the teams and the LOSs, even a National LEADER would come and talk to their Juniors as EQUALS which I loved the most, this is such a place where you'll feel that your words are given apt weightage, you'd be given same respect as that of a Partner or a director or a managers no matter what. The main issue was not the firm but the specific client range(Traditional Pharma CSV) that we were provided or were fetched by our superiors. they were mainly monotonous rather than being lucratively creative in their approach, because of this aspect the potential client conversion ration was being affected to such a extent that bench time for whole team turned in for months,...Read More

Good team, everyone is helpful, you can speak freely to the one those who are much more senior to us eg partners of company. Yearly bonus you get according to your performance and once a year party, outdoor, celebration and much more.
